Dallas, TX –<\/strong> In the wake of its extraordinary 2019 growth, DIAZ Ad Group will shift offices from WeWork – Uptown to the newly multi-million dollar renovated Energy Square campus. The official relocation date is set for Monday, February 10, 2020. <\/p>\n

The new DIAZ headquarters will be located inside the Energy One building, one of five buildings at the Energy Square business campus, at 4925 Greenville Avenue. The 2,174 sqft, state-of-the-art office space will create a more collaborative and creative workspace for the office and company as a whole. Having tripled in employee size and doubling its revenue this last year, DIAZ will continue to grow in its new location. <\/p>\n

Energy Square completed its $50 million<\/a> updates in under 14 months, late last fall. Now considered one of North Dallas’s largest office campuses, it offers tenants numerous conference centers, restaurants, fireplaces, sculptures, rooftop patios, outdoor gathering spaces, and a 10,000 square feet fitness center. The reconstruction included improvement of the Dallas landmark Meadows Building, known as one of the city’s first “suburban” office towers. The remaining three office towers were originally built in 1974, 1981 and 1986. The end-goal of the redevelopment is to attract and retain millennial workers through elements of convenience and comfort, and modern stylings. <\/p>\n
