The global tally of malaria deaths reached 445,000 deaths, about the same number reported in 2015. Of the 216 million cases of malaria that occurred worldwide, India accounts for 6 percent. India and Nigeria reported with the most number of malaria cases in the world. India recorded the most number of deaths in the Southeast Asian region.<\/p>\n

The Government of Rajasthan has opened the gates for private players to invest in the state in order to provide a comprehensive healthcare service. Rajasthan state aggressively promoting medical and health sector as it has a tremendous potential for extending into medical tourism. The health department is working with Public-Private-Partnership to deliver better quality of healthcare services and improve the public health status in Rajasthan.
