Encinitas CA holistic<\/span> dentist <\/span>and practice owner <\/span>Dr. <\/span>Marvin <\/span>Pantangco<\/span><\/span>, from the Center for Natural Dentistry<\/span>,<\/span> helped the <\/span>young <\/span>residents<\/span> and families<\/span> of <\/span>San Diego, Encinitas<\/span> and surrounding communities during these difficult economic times<\/span>,<\/span> by giving free Emergency Dental Treatment on <\/span>Thursday, February 15th<\/span>.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The free dental treatments were given at <\/span>Dr. <\/span>Marvin<\/span>’s office located <\/span>at <\/span>317 N El Camino Real # 106, Encinitas, CA 92024<\/span>.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

“The<\/span> event turned out to be a success!<\/span> <\/span><\/span>We helped <\/span>9<\/span> children<\/span> and performed various procedures<\/span> for a total of $<\/span>1,883<\/span> in free dental treatment<\/span>.<\/span> There were cleanings, fillings, and <\/span>dental exams<\/span>,”<\/span> explains Dr. Marvin<\/span>, adding, “<\/span>These kids shouldn’t suffer from pain just because their parents are in a difficult financial situation and cannot afford oral care treatment<\/span>.”<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The Emergency Dental Treatment Day was designed to treat anyone <\/span>aged 13<\/span> <\/span><\/span>and younger <\/span>for free<\/span>,<\/span> who<\/span>se family<\/span> cannot afford dentistry<\/span> for their children<\/span>.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Dr. <\/span>Marvin<\/span> was inspired to produce this community e<\/span>ffort after having to witness more and more families that have<\/span> to forgo dental care <\/span>for their children and themselves, <\/span>because they have no insurance and <\/span>aren’t able<\/span> to afford the cost of <\/span>a dental visit<\/span>.<\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

A mother of one patient was grateful for the opportunity, saying “<\/span>I think <\/span>it’s<\/span> great that you are doing this.”<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

According to Dr. <\/span>Marvin, “Any child <\/span>with a dental emergency <\/span>that<\/span> could not afford it<\/span>,<\/span> was provided with Emergency Dental Treatment <\/span>for free<\/span>.” <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
