“California Governor Jerry Brown<\/em> will decide if he will uphold Han<\/em>’s parole or reject it, but the Orange County district attorney’s office hopes Han<\/em> is denied parole. Prosecutors say Han<\/em> has not her mental health issues and still poses a risk to the public,” reported Perez<\/em>.<\/p>\n

In a letter to Brown<\/em>, Deputy District Attorney Nikki Chambers<\/em> described Han<\/em> as having “extreme intelligence coupled with a personality disorder”. Chambers<\/em> added, “The fact remains that she is still flexing the manipulation muscles that she used when she recruited two young men (Archie Bryant<\/em> and John Sayarath<\/em>) to murder her sister”.<\/p>\n
