Located in Southington, Connecticut, the BB Academy of Cosmetology is announcing its first season of classes, beginning on September 11, 2017. Space is limited, with slots for up to 15 students now available. <\/div>\n

SOUTHINGTON, CT –<\/strong> The BB Academy of Cosmetology<\/a>, a new beauty and cosmetology school located in Southington, Connecticut, is now accepting up to 15 students for its first session of classes, slated to begin on September 11, 2017.<\/p>\n

The BB Academy was founded by Adriana Bomova, owner and operator of The Beauty Bar<\/a>, an acclaimed salon and on-site makeup business also located in Southington, and many of the school’s instructors are also professionals at the neighboring salon.<\/p>\n

Curriculum<\/strong><\/p>\n

The school’s comprehensive curriculum<\/a> includes theory, technique, and professional development. Students can expect to learn the history and theory of cosmetology, including hair care, styling, chemical services, and more.<\/p>\n

In addition to the art and science of cosmetology, the curriculum includes practical matters like resume building, interview techniques, and employment opportunities.<\/p>\n

The BB Academy also plans to offer an 8-week MAC makeup workshop<\/a>, to begin September 12, 2017.<\/p>\n

Current classes begin on Monday, September, 11, and are held Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM through 5:00 PM for full-time students. The program lasts 12 months for full-time students and 15 months for part-time students. The cost of enrollment is $15,000.<\/p>\n
