Ryan Brown, president of Topper Industrial since 2010, leads fork truck free initiatives in North America. He began as a material handler on the shop floor at Topper Industrial in 1994 and has steadily moved up with in the company through hard work and strong work ethics.
Brown understands the promise of fork truck free industrial environments by encouraging safety, productivity, and efficiency, Brown is proactive in currently implementing lean manufacturing objectives throughout Topper industrial’s operations. With Brown’s leadership and guidance, Topper Industrial continues to grow and is currently completing an expansion that will increase the company’s capacity.
Brown has virtually held a position at every level of the company from janitorial, general labor, machine operator, welding, painting, and assembly to supervisor, plant manager and ultimately president. During this time Brown has worked closely with his family and coworkers to create a more constructive work flow and management that helped the company prosper.
Brown is alumni of the University of Wisconsin-Parkside; graduating with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration.
