Sequoia Real Estate Adds Jim Enes to Its Team as The New Regional Sales Manager

Experienced real estate professional, Jim Enes, becomes the new Regional Sales Manager at Sequoia Real Estate, as the local brokerage makes expansion plans throughout the Bay Area

The goal of Sequoia Real Estate to deliver the best possible experience to real estate investors, buyers, sellers, and other categories of clients recently received a boost as the company adds Jim Enes to its team. Sequoia Real Estate is a relatively small local brokerage founded by the forward-thinking and passionate entrepreneur, Kelvin Kam, to help develop the Bay Area real estate market.

The recent addition of Jim Enes aligns with the plans of Sequoia Real Estate to expand throughout the Bay Area and ultimately make it a national-level brand. Jim brings over three decades of experience to the company as the new Regional Sales Manager, taking charge of company growth, recruiting, and agent leadership. He is particularly suited for the role, harnessing his more than twenty years acting as Principal in his own company. Jim has achieved tremendous feats over the years, holding the Team Manager position in San Mateo County for Redfin Corporation for almost three years, where he helped the company to close 1074 transactions and generate over $36 million in transaction commissions.

Sequoia Real Estate has been able to stand out over the past 11 years in the Bay Area for its diverse and community-oriented leadership as opposed to the dog-eat-dog mentality in the real estate business, with heavy involvement in non-profit trade organizations that help educate their communities on home buying. The company partners with the likes of the Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR), Asian American Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), the Chinese Real Estate Association of America (CREAA), along with their local MLS boards and Young Professional Networks.

Sequoia Real Estate currently has a staff strength of a little over 100 agents, with 4 offices in the SF Bay area – San Mateo, Oakland, Pinole, and San Francisco. The company also hosts multiple events throughout the year such as InvestNOW, which features several keynote investors and realtors from different parts of the country, giving local investors insight into new market opportunities. They also participate in toy drives, food drives, local races, school events, and other charitable events to support their community.
