January 8, 2020, Hildiah Martin-Suggs made History for being the First Youth Mitigation Investigator to work in a District Attorneys’ Of Ice. She created a Second Chance Program for the youth thirteen through seventeen years old facing life sentences as adults. The Name of the Program is called, “The Youth Mitigation Program.” Whether the youth committed the crimes or became a conspiracy to the crimes committed by others because of being at the wrong place at the wrong time or being involved. Hildiah Martin-Suggs is the Founder|CEO|President of the Nonprofit Organization, “Almost Lost In The System Incorporated.” She created a Nonprofit Organization for the At-Risk youth boys and the young men incarcerated and in the communities to be afforded fair opportunities to live a productive life. December 14, 2024, Hildiah Martin-Suggs received an Honorary Doctorate of Philosophy in Humane Letters (Honoris Causa) for her Humanitarian and Cultural Impacts in her field of work ethics by Eden Royal Christian University. January 8, 2025, Hildiah Martin- Suggs received the highest Award, “Outstanding Georgia Citizen,” proclaimed by the State of Georgia Secretary Brad Raf ensperger to be awarded every courtesy as a Goodwill Ambassador from Georgia in her travels to other States, to Nations beyond the borders of the United States of America, or wherever she may hereafter travel or reside.
