Recently, a client from Kazakhstan placed an order for a Model 4-15 hydraulic brick-making machine, along with a stacker and a board feeder. Upon the completion of the equipment’s manufacture, commissioning and acceptance testing were conducted at the factory in accordance with the standard delivery procedures.

The current test run was conducted in strict compliance with established testing procedures, with on-site inspection and acceptance carried out by client representatives, brick machine equipment engineers, and other personnel to ensure that every process operates normally and stably.

On-site trials have confirmed that the brick-making machine manufactured by Zhongke Machinery Factory delivers stable performance that meets all required standards. Featuring fully automated production and PLC control, the machine requires minimal manual labor input; the molding cycle per pallet takes approximately 11 to 15 seconds, producing bricks that are solid and durable.

During this testing session, the primary focus was placed on core performance metrics—specifically, verifying the uniformity of pressure output, the smooth operation of the four guide shafts, and the precision of the brick mold and press head. Particular attention was paid to preventing any operational jamming or stuttering, as these factors directly impact the density and compaction of the finished bricks.

For this order, the client purchased a total of two mold sets; a single person can complete the mold changeover.

This saves both time and effort.
