Pocket WOD started as an app, but has developed into an online center for fitness news and advice. The website, PocketWOD.com, features tools that athletes can use to ensure that they are performing at their best, a blog which showcases tips and suggestions from premiere functional fitness athletes, and supplements and gear for Crossfit and functional fitness enthusiasts.
The 2016 Pocket WOD Online Summer Challenge has expanded from previous years, and the company is excited to bring new offerings and expanded opportunities to a whole new group of athletes this summer. Users compliment the company’s impressive WOD library and the ability to search its extensive data base.
