Mark is now currently responsible for an annual budget of $75m together with a growing number of 100+ investment properties with Venice Group.
Abdallah Al Suwaidi is quoted as saying, “Mark has a wealth of experience in managing both residential and commercial portfolios of significant value. Mark’s key assets include extracting value from existing portfolios through asset management and continuous improvement processes.”

Mark’s appointment continues the expansion of Venice Group’s real estate acquisitions as they prepare to launch a new peer-to-peer digital real estate marketplace, Property Platform. Mark will be using his commercial and residential real estate portfolio experience to help execute the company’s pipeline of deals.
Abdallah Al Suwaidi says, “Mark is an experienced surveyor with over 15 years’ experience focusing on occupational and investment properties for HSBC throughout South East Asia. His tasks included rent reviews, acquisitions and disposals, asset valuations and refurbishments which are key skills that are required from him by Venice Group.”
