Seoul, Korea – Tuesday, 7th June, 2016 – After what Ahmed Al Ali and Abdallah Al Suwaidi of Venice Group recently described as “an outstanding performance”, Christoph Schmidt was formally appointed to their board of directors to oversee real estate acquisitions for their newly anticipated crowdfunding business, Property Platform. Christoph will serve as the Director of Acquisitions where he will oversee international real estate acquisitions for the company spanning from Europe to South East Asia.
Abdallah Al Suwaidi explains, “Christoph is a highly-skilled real estate developer with a vast experience in acquiring property in multiple categories of real estate including both residential and commercial sectors. His personal property portfolio alone is varied, expansive and widespread. He has previously identified opportunities from a diverse range of real estate, such as veterinary clinics and restaurants to new luxury riverside developments; Christoph has an incredible ability to convert an ordinary building into an extraordinary income generator. This is why we asked Christoph to join our board of Directors.”
Ahmed Al Ali, Venice Group Executive Chairman, was quoted as saying, “Christoph is a fantastic addition to our board and will be an integral part of our future success. Christoph has shown exceptional ability since joining us in July, 2015 and his expertise and input into Property Platform will help us with our extensive growth strategy.”
In addition to taking a senior role at Venice Group and Property Platform, Christoph also volunteers for several homeless charities where he offers his expertise and advice in finding lasting and affordable homes for the needy.
Venice Group Property Fund was initially founded by a collective circle of highly successful real estate professionals. Venice crowdfunding is targeted towards providing a comprehensive platform connecting property buyers who are looking to increase and enhance profitability of diversified real estate portfolios.
