Annapolis, MD, USA – March 29, 2017 – USHUD.com is predicting that an overwhelming percentage of home buyers will opt for adjustable rate mortgages as rates increase. The American real estate research company has made this revealing prediction based on the current trends that are being practiced widely in the real estate market. According to USHUD.com, there will be a record number of home buyers who will have issues qualifying for the home they want with a higher cost fixed rate mortgage.
“As interest rates tick up over the next several years more buyers will select an ARM (adjustable rate mortgage) rather than wait until the housing market adjusts to the new rates,” claims Michael Urbanski, CEO of The USHUD Cooperative.
Fixed rate mortgages which are traditionally higher than adjustable rate mortgages are more predictable and therefore create fewer foreclosures while ARM’s have proven over the last 20 years to creates twice as many foreclosures as the buyers payment increases regardless of the buyers income stagnating or even reducing as was the case during the mortgage meltdown and the real estate collapse.
“We are a privately held foreclosure data aggregator and research company that manages the National USHUD.com Cooperative of real estate agents and loan officers,” said Urbanski while introducing the company. Mr. Urbanski continues “We don’t invest in foreclosures or have interest in any banks or lending institutions, so we don’t have a dog in the fight, we just don’t want people to be misled and we don’t want to see history repeat itself.”
The network of websites that make up the USHUD cooperative are designed to promote education and awareness of foreclosures for everyone who is interested in buying foreclosures, methods of avoiding a foreclosure or just learning more about the American real estate market.
