Proud veterans of the United States Marine Corps, loving parents, entrepreneurs and co-founders of the Milestones Children’s Shoe Company, Gregory & Margie Williams have proudly launched the concept of completely innovative Milestones Children’s Shoes for toddlers aged 1 to 3. The groundbreaking design of comfortable yet stylish shoes for the little ones is expected to make putting on shoes much easier on tiny feet. The Milestones Children’s Shoe Company is looking for funding to cover the costs of manufacturing, marketing and various other expenses that go into setting up an online store, to help raise the money, a crowdfunding campaign has been launched on Kickstarter with a funding goal of at least $10,000 to be raised within the next 20 days.
Being parents themselves, Gregory and Margie know all too well that raising a child takes a village and have therefore put their minds together to design a product that will make life easier for a lot of busy parents out there. Milestones’ shoe design comprises of two innovative and unique features, which are the zipper and its placement, as well as the protective layer of material between the zippers to protect the toddler’s toes from the zipper. The placement of the zipper at the front of the shoe will allow the parents to guide the child’s foot into the shoe with ease, thus alleviating common issues such as foot friction, ankle stress, and the toes getting cramped during the shoe placement process. Gregory and Margie have selected special high-quality rust and waterproof zippers along with a choice of soft leather or suede for the different styles of shoes for boys and girls. Furthermore, the protective layer of material between the zipper and the toes serves as a barrier that protects the toddler’s toes from rubbing against the zipper. Innovative Milestones Children’s Shoes are expected to be available in four different styles and to offer thousands of color possibilities the buyers will be able to make color choices from the “Pantone Color Chart.”
