Unibe Hospital in Costa Rica, as part of its ongoing effort to reach the international medical tourism market, is proud to be attending the 2014 Medical Travel and International Business Summit to be held in Miami Beach, Florida in May. It will be the first such event held outside of Costa Rica. The Summit, hosted by PROMED, is the fifth of these annual events, and is to be held at the Deauville Beach Resort.

Although Americans travelling to Costa Rica for healthcare alternatives has been going on for many decades, there has recently been a more unified effort to promote medical tourism.
