7 May, 2018 – Hermosa Beach, Ca – On Saturday, June 30, 2018 at 7pm, Gospel and R&B Singer, Songwriter, and Actress Toni Malone, will present her spectacular one woman show, It’s All About Love “The Sequel”, at Hermosa Beach Community Theater, located at 710 Pier Ave. Hermosa Beach, California.
Starring Toni Malone, the Lady of Song, It’s All About Love “The Sequel” is a one woman musical production that will make you laugh, sing, cry, and shout as it explores what love is all about in a humorous way. Malone’s powerful vocals and entertaining spirit shine in this spectacular and hilarious love story.
The one night show event is directed and choreographed by Kashmir Blake, with Darrell Austin serving as musical director. It’s All About Love “The Sequel” features a live band with amazing, talented dancers, as well. According to Malone, It’s All About Love “The Sequel” contains “the world’s greatest, incredible, background singers, all of whom are well known vocalists.”
“Everybody has a love story to tell,” Malone explains. “It’s All About Love ‘The Sequel’ is a soap opera with music, “she continues, and playfully sums it up describing it as “a musical journey”.
The original “It’s All About Love” production has played to sold out audiences on the Radisson Seven Seas Cruise Line for six months. Malone has portrayed “Queenie” at the Disneyland theme park in Anaheim, California. Her twenty years plus onstage
performances include Dreamgirls, Smokey Joe’s Café, Fame, and Hats, just to name a few. A multi- talented artist, some of Toni Malone’s other productions that she has written, produced, and starred in include “Root of the Soul” and “Voices of the Past”, a show in which she portrays Harriet Tubman and other notable women in American History.
Besides “It’s All About Love” and It’s All About Love “The Sequel”, other credits for choreographer and director Kashmir Blake include Colored Girls, Fame, The Wiz, and the Sound of Music.
