Fans of rock band Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers can now purchase tickets for the band’s 40th Anniversary Tour at the online ticketing site SeatsUnlimited. The tour was announced on December 8th of this year, with tickets on sale to the general public starting on December 16, 2016.
Beginning April 20, 2017 in Oklahoma City with dozens of performances to follow, the tour celebrates the 40th anniversary of the group’s self-titled debut album, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers. Guitarist and former Eagles member Joe Walsh will serve as the opening act for most of the tour.
Tickets for the Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers 40th Anniversary Tour are now available at SeatsUnlimited, including two performances in July at Forest Hills Stadium in Forest Hills, NY. (Tickets for the Forest Hills dates don’t go on sale to the general public until January 14, 2017, but are currently available at SeatsUnlimited.)
