To Be a Black Woman: An Inspiring Theater Project launches Kickstarter Campaign!

Now Seeking Generous Support on Kickstarter, It is a Stage Play in Five Acts Chronicling Seven Black Women!

To Be a Black Woman is an inspiring American Stage Play that covers the lives of seven black women in five acts. The Theatrical Project is a culmination of literary artists, actors, graffiti artists and inspiring writers who are striving hard to bring Realism to the modern theatre. With 25 Actors and 3 crew members, the stage play is now seeking generous community support on the crowdfunding platform of Kickstarter and is welcoming everyone for backing.

All funds raised by the stage play through this crowdfunding campaign at Kickstarter will be used for the purchase of theatre equipment, lighting equipment, filming equipment, transportation costs, rehearsal costs, stage items and paychecks of the cast and crew. The creators are therefore making an appeal for everyone to back this project and make their contribution in the revival of American Theatre.

Gundry Avenue Long Beach, CA 90813, 6:00 p.m. Other show dates include August 12th, 19th & 29th 2017 at the Manazar Theater of Long Beach. Our final show will be held at the Hot and Cool Cafe located at 4331 Degnan Blvd Leimert Park CA 90008, Labor Day Weekend September 2,2017 at 6:00 p.m.
