This upgrade is a new design of approval process which ensures every official activity/ request is considered and approved the manager or head of departments before been executed. In TimeLive, Administrator can use TimeLive default approval types or can easily create new Approval types of Timesheet, Time Off, Time entries, Leaves, and Expense, these approvals are unlimited and can be tailored to the requirements of each organization.

The approvals process can be customized based on each organization’s preference and has maximum of 5 approvals tier for defining the approvals but more than one employee can be set in each tier. Administrator can set 2 approvers on the same tier so that any one final approval or set more than 1 approver with different tiers so that request will be approved as per the tiers defined. Upon TimeLive login with admin credentials, users can navigate to admin options, scroll to application setup and click “approvals” to explore different approval types, each of which will have a specific approval function within the approval path. The approval types identify the individuals who will be approving users’ timesheets and expenses.
