A California couple from Long Beach has announced that they are seeking community support on Kickstarter for their upcoming themed dessert house called Ice & Roll. The couple is very excited to bring this amazing café for the people of Long Beach and the themed café will offer a wide range of delightful treats, while serving as a socialization platform for the locals. In addition, the menu will include the iconic Thai rolled ice-cream, Boba, and a special selection of desserts.
“My wife has always dreamed of starting a dessert house based on themes and she often talked about it during the times when we were still dating.” Said Johnny Le, the founder of this themed dessert house, while talking about the inspiration behind its creation. “I would like to help make her dream come true and I am therefore welcoming everyone to support us generously in this campaign.” He added. According to the couple, the café will also have board games and other activities to cater the visitors in a friendly environment.

Their goal is to raise a sum of $30,000 and the funding will go towards buying machines and supplies for the café along with other areas such as renovation, café furniture, cash register, cup design, and rental deposit, etc. The retail space of 1500 sq. ft. will be located in the Downtown of Long Beach and each pledge made to the campaign offers a great reward.
