Temprano Techvestors acquires Corporate Armor

Fuse Financial Partners client, Temprano Techvestors, acquired Charlotte-based IT security and infrastructure supplier, Corporate Armor.

Fuse Financial Partners congratulates their client Temprano Techvestors on the acquisition of Charlotte-based IT reseller Corporate Armor.

Corporate Armor will become a part of the company’s growing portfolio of IT security and infrastructure suppliers, including Network Security Group (NSG), acquired in October 2016. It follows closely on the heels of the company’s December acquisition of Waytek Software, the boutique endpoint security software distribution and value-added resale division of Waytek, a New Jersey-based technology company.

Temprano Techvestors acquires, optimizes, aggregates, and drives growth in IT suppliers. A key tenet in its growth strategy of these aggregated sales channels is based on helping new entrants to the North American marketplace take their technology to market through owned sales channels, and by assisting the companies as they establish brand awareness in the standalone marketplace.

Corporate Armor is an American supplier of technology security and infrastructure products, with headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina, and stock distribution centers throughout the U.S. and Canada. It offers one of the largest curated selections of wireless, security, and data storage products available online.

Temprano Techvestors was advised by David Worrell of Fuse Financial Partners, Dain Dulaney of Bishop Dulaney Joyner & Abner PA, and Greg Brown of Cardinal Finance.
