Mooresville, North Carolina – April 2nd, 2018– Today in Mooresville, North Carolina, Tim Goff the former SVP of Coca Cola and current President of The Big Beverage Company and SPRiZZi’s CEO signed an agreement to finalize the acquisition and to bring Tim Goff aboard as the new President of SPRiZZi’s newly formed subsidiary SPRiZZi Bev-Co. Mr. Goff didn’t waste any time meeting with 4 Large International Foodservice Companies, procuring commitments in excess of 100,000 SPRiZZi dispensers to be placed in offices all across the United States beginning in July of 2018. All told, the 18 month rollout between these four companies could bring SPRiZZi over $250 million dollars in revenues from flavor capsule and dispenser sales.
