McAllen, Texas – Today, fitness and health businesses in South Texas, are announcing their South Texas fitness and health expo to promote fitness and health education in their communities. The expo will be taking place at 1800 S Main Street, STE 1100 Mcallen, Texas 78503, on Sunday, November 13, from 12pm – 6pm. Activities at the expo will include weight loss education, free screening and Inbody, Jiu Jitsu, cross fit, music, food drinks, contests, Zumba and more. Over 200 vendors and fitness professionals will be on ground to provide fitness education and health tips. Children will also have the opportunity to learn about proper diet, have fun and take pictures with Santa.
The aim purpose of the expo is to help promote fitness and health education to combat the growing health concerns like childhood obesity and poor nutrition in South Texas Communities. Participants will also learn about new exercise routines, products, and services that can help them live a healthy, active and happy lifestyle.
“We are coming together to host this expo because we believe it is important for the development and growth of South Texas communities. We hope that through this expo, many people will rediscover themselves and improve their lifestyle for the better” said Carlos Silva, one of the event coordinators.
There will be special guest appearances by boxers Brandon and Panterita Figueroa, including some celebrity guest from all over South Texas.
