Access Install LTD is pleased to announce that they have been awarded Elexon Meter Asset Provider (MAP) Licensing for the UK Metering market. Whilst the company has low intentions of using the MAP functionality this year, it shows key growth requirements as a business, needed in a market that is showing huge increased rollout patterns for metering as a sector.

Access Install LTD, a market Meter Operator Provider (MOP), Meter Asset Manager (MAM) and Meter Asset Provider (MAP) has in excess of 300,000 customers under management and is based in the North West. Offering a one stop shop for UK Utility smart meter rollouts, allows installation, maintenance and finance under one roof.

Speaking with Access Install LTD’s Director Christopher Fagan, he had the following message for us; “As we are already a developed MOP/MAM, the natural next step was for us to gain MAP accreditation. We are currently installing 5 dual fuel smart meters each day, and see that it is important for us to now offer a real key differentiator in the smart meter market. Utilities want simplicity, and we feel that we offer this in a market where over complication can kill a utilities rollout plans in a matter of weeks.”
