1991-2002 Real Estate Business

In 1991, started up first company in printing.

In 1994, founded first private owned real estate company in Wenzhou, and successfully developed Wenzhou Jincheng Mansion, Wenzhou New Century Building.

In 1998, exploited into commercial estate development, and developed over 500,000 squarer meters, including Huabai plaza, Pingyang commercial street etc. projects.

In 1999, entered venture capital field, and invested high-tech enterprise, Fudan Tianchen, which was incubated into a top 100 private enterprise.

In 2000, involved in specific field of high-end real estate, and developed Island Villa with GREENTOWN.

In 2001, developed business in Yangtze River Delta, entering into Shanghai real estate, and developed Shanghai Sheshan Dongjun Villa.


2003-2009 Group Development

In 2003, founded Sameway Group in Shanghai. With 100,000,000 RMB registered capital, Sameway started a diverse business model.

In 2004, involved in Qingdao core business area, and developed Qingdao Victoria Plaza project.

In 2006, developed business nationwide, and successively invested Changzhou Swan Lake project, and Shenyang Xidi Guoji etc. projects.

In 2009, entered into equity investment, and formed a diverse development group with business in real estate, equity and venture capital.


2010-2017 Reformation

In 2010, Sameway Headquarter settled in Shanghai Mirae Asset, and the investment involved in financial service, real estate funds, equity funds, PE, bonding service, and derivatives etc.

In 2014, entered internet finance, and started p2p online investment and wealth management.

In 2015, holding Lihe fund, and entered securities fund field.

In 2016, invested bio-medical industry and intelligent manufacture industry.

In 2017, focused on future trends, and entered into blockchain technology, Fintech, and new-media etc. industries.


2018 Win the Future

In 2018, focused on four fields: internet finance, securities funds, digital assets, mergers and acquisitions, and start a new page of Sameway……
