Owner Dutch Ashton, who made the announcement, said the package includes U.S. registered trademark # 3,040,158 (in IC 28), a domain and website: http://www.horseballsgame.com, and inventory of game sets.
Horseballs®, which is an outdoor/indoor activity game brand and business opportunity, involves throwing devices (two small balls tethered together) at a target rail. This popular yard game is known by several names including ladder toss, ladder golf, tether toss and ladder game.

According to Ashton, a Horseballs game set includes: two three-rail targets, six sets of tethered balls (three red sets, three blue sets), a tournament style scoreboard, game rules, and assembly instructions. It also includes a full zippered tote bag that accommodates your Horseballs set, carton and all.
