Dr. Ruotolo is a highly trained and qualified orthopedic surgeon with a vast expertise in all facets of his work. Dr. Ruotolo has been in practice for more than 21 years and is currently serving patients as an Orthopedic Surgeon at Total Orthopaedics and Sport Medicines in Massapequa, New York. Furthermore, he is affiliated with Nassau University Medical Center, where he serves as Chairman of Orthopedic Surgery.

Dr. Ruotolo earned his Doctor of Medicine degree in 1995 from New York Medical College. Residencies then followed at both the State University of New York Stony Brook University Hospital, and Winthrop University Hospital. A fellowship was then completed at the Sports Clinic of Laguna Hills, California.

Dr. Ruotolo is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, and as an expert in sports medicine he specializes in arthroscopic surgery, shoulder surgery, and knee surgery. He has contributed to many books on orthopedic surgery and sports medicine, and attributes his success to his dedication and meticulous preparation. When not working, Dr. Ruotolo is a keen fan of soccer.
