October 1, 2015 – Weirton, WV, United States – Pro-Cooks is pleased to announce that it will declare the winners ofits first ever recipe contest on October 3, 2015, that was held throughout the month of September in celebration of its new website, which was officially launched on September 7, 2015. The recipe contest is held once every month, where contestants can submit their favorite recipesand earn a chance to win the cash prize.
According to Pro-Cooks spokesperson Barbara Ford, “I’ve been cooking for over 30 years and have won several blue ribbons and I thought this would be a great and fun idea to get some new recipes and meet new people.” She further added, “Anyone can enter their favorite recipe for 99 cents for a chance to win the cash prize and have their recipe featured on the site. The cash prize is kind of set up like a 50/50 draw, meaning it’s half of all recipes taken in. Right now, we have 480 recipes and the cash prize stands at $240.00. The competition is really heating up! We have received some amazing recipes such as, Seafood Alfredo Baked Ziti, Brie Stuffed, Bacon topped meatloaf with an Apricot-Sriracha Glaze and a Cream Puff dessert! Many wonderful recipes.”
The goal of Pro-Cooks team is to provide people with a unique opportunity where they can enter a contest and share their favorite recipes with others. The contest starts on the 1st of each month and ends on the last day of that month. The panel judges the contestants based on certain fixed parameters and the winner is announced on the 3rd of the following month.
