Dr. Ley has been practicing for over twenty-nine years and is currently serving patients at Holston Medical Group Pediatrics at Medical Plaza in Kingsport, Tennessee, which he joined in 1996. Furthermore, he maintains hospital privileges with Holston Valley Medical Center and Indian Path Medical Center.

Dr. Ley attended the University of Texas Medical School at Houston, Texas, in 1982. He served his internship and residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Arkansas Children’s Hospital in Little Rock. Dr. Ley is also board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and remains a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Tennessee Medical Association. He links his success to communicating with families, helping families with what is going on with their children, and helping them understand and feel good about the car given. In his spare time, Dr. Ley is a passionate photographer.
