These classes are now offered by adjunct professor Emily Goodman Shortall. You will be expertly taught Real estate online class options in Real estate principles and practices, Real estate appraisal, Real estate law, Real estate finance.
Emily is a Licensed Real Estate Broker-in-Charge in North Carolina and a licensed agent in Ohio and WV. Goodman is recognized within the industry as a dynamic property management professional with progressive residential and commercial excellent records.

Upon completion of all four Real Estate classes, students will receive a Certificate of Completion from Belmont College.
