For too long, real estate investors and agents have missed out on massive fortunes in wealth and income because the activities of both professions have been seen as separate and unique.
In order to bring the two professions together, real estate investor agents are being sought for the new Real Estate Investors Association (REIA) NYC Queens & Long Island Mastermind & Training for Real Estate Investors & Agents, a division of REIA of NYC, A National REIA Chapter.
“We focus on the principles of building massive wealth and income by leveraging existing activities of investors and agents together in a unique line of business that until now has been misunderstood and therefore ignored by virtually all investors and agents,” said Dr. Teresa R. The movement is for investor agents who wish to leverage what they’re already doing, develop the mindset of a millionaire real estate investor, learn proven models to help build a real estate investment portfolio and create massive new wealth and income, Martin said.
The focus will be on proven systems and models that millionaire real estate investors use to build their wealth and understand their finances, and is based on the New York Times bestselling book, The Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Gary Keller.
The Mastermind topics is be covered include:
• How to develop the mindset and financial strategies of a millionaire investor;
• How to develop the dream team that will help build a millionaire investment business;
• How to amass a real estate portfolio with a market value of a million dollars or more;
• How to build an investment empire that provides a million dollars a year in passive income;
• How to identify the right areas for clients;
• How to manage the investor-agent relationship; and
• The four marketing strategies.
Monthly meeting sessions are held on the second Wednesday of each month at Keller Williams Realty Gold Coast, Manhasset, NY. The meetings are by invitation and pre-registration only. Walk-ins are not allowed.
