New book encourages children to follow their interests and never forget family

The Adventures of Veggie & Angus Burger by Robert Magliano has been released from MindStir Media. The 40-page full-color paperback book is replete with vibrant illustrations centered on Veggie and Angus, two illustrated burger twins, and their time at a school for foods.

As a self-described “lover of all things burger,” Magliano decided to write the book using cartoon-like burgers to encourage children to follow their interests and never forget family. Additionally, Magliano says that one of his goals in writing the book “is to teach children to embrace their differences and develop positive relationships with one another.”

Bestselling inspirational author J. J. Hebert also hails The Adventures of Veggie & Angus Burger as a “fun and highly creative book about twin burgers that, because of the setting and messages, any child can relate to and learn from.”

The official book synopsis: What happens when twins find out that they are more different than they are alike? Follow Veggie and Angus as they discover that going down different paths can also lead them back together again. This charming story, set in the small town of Foodsville, encourages children to enthusiastically follow their interests, while never forgetting the importance of always being there for family.

The Adventures of Veggie & Angus Burger (978-0-9991507-1-9) is available online via Amazon, Barnes & Noble and other retailers worldwide. Wholesale orders can be placed through Ingram or Baker & Taylor. The suggested retail price for the trade paperback edition is $12.99.
