The team at Happy Progs realize the importance of special moments and digitally preserving those memories for many years to come, this motivated them to create a simple to use app that allows users to save one special picture every week and also have the capability to share is with their circle of family and friends. The “MyWall – Embrace movement, Change, and Adventure” app project is currently in need of funding, Happy Progs LLC, has taken the initiative to launch a crowdfunding campaign on one of the most popular crowdfunding platforms Indiegogo. The campaign has a funding goal of $7,000 USD which they need to raise within the next 2 months.
The company wanted to develop a platform that allowed its users to store and share the most memorable moments of their lives, on a weekly basis to create their own personal wall of memories which they can choose to share with a limited number of people. Use will have the power to choose what they would like to store, share and with whom. The team has been working on the concept and app development for the past 7 months, during which they have also been awarded $30,000 from the largest social network which the company will use to partially fund the project.
Vladimir Khmura, the man behind the My Wall app concept, co-founder and CEO of Happy Progs said: “The idea of creating the application was born due to the fact that I started noticing that even a year ago events were quickly forgotten, and the number of photos in the phone was way too much. This is quite difficult to find the important photos in these gigabytes of information.”
The funds raised through the current crowdfunding campaign will be allocated to various aspects necessary for the completion of the product for customer use. A majority of the funding will be assigned to developing an easy to use, reliable and functional app, with dynamic features, funds will also be used to market the app to a large target market. A variety of different rewards and perks are also being offered to prize the generosity of those who support the campaign and the project through their monetary contributions the rewards will include specially designed and manufactured items which will be given according to the amount of money pledged.
