Mr. Panchal has worked extensively with leading market research companies like P&G, Dun & Bradstreet and Nielsen Company. He was an integral part of new product research, advertising research and customer satisfaction. In the past, he has undertaken pioneering projects including launching a volumetric sales forecasting system, and India’s first study on counterfeit and pass-off brands. Moreover, he was also associated with media measurement research currencies in Print and TV space.
In his new role at MRSS India, he will focus on digital-based researches. His strategy is to utilize the available technology to its fullest potential. The newly launched product called Vision Critical will work with clients and consumers directly to gather information and feedback on products across sectors such as consumer goods, health care, pharma, auto and e-commerce among others. In brief, this amazing product will work as a social networking site, where consumers get engaged as panel members for researches.
The Company will soon launch a new mobile app named Eye Tracker, which will allow clients to unlock sales potential by engaging consumers.
