December 14, 2016 – Mangia! Italian Restaurant and Pizzeria is proud to announce its newest menu additions. The restaurant is offering new pasta dishes that are made in cheese wheels. That is, these are pasta entrees that feature predominant cheese flavors.
These pasta dishes are made with proper noodles used in cheese wheels and then shaped and mixed with authentic cheeses. These wheels are being offered as great tastes that will entertain diners of all sorts.
There are two particular wheels to look for. The first is the Pecorino Romano wheel. This mixes pasta with a salty Italian cheese that is hard and often grated. It is aged for close to half a year to allow its dense and detailed flavors to mature.
The Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese Wheel is the other one to look for. The cheese used here is better known as Parmesan cheese. This is also a hard form of cheese that is cut and grated to perfection. It is also aged for at least twelve months to provide it with a great flavor although it can be aged even longer to give it a better overall texture.
Mangia! is serving these pasta with great shapes that are carefully designed to look like cheese wheels and to make them as appetizing and appealing as those cheeses. This is often paired with wheat thin spaghetti or gluten free angel hair pasta. It can also be accentuated with Mangia!’s homemade tomato sauce or with a blend of garlic and olive oil. Customers can choose from practically any pasta base that they want and will get it alongside the great cheeses that are properly prepared.
Additional meats can be added to these new pasta dishes too. Sausages or meatballs can be added as well as a mushroom sauce to go with them. All of these additional features are carefully made and added to a meal to make for a better experience.
