Dr. Khalid Mohammed Almadani, a Management and Leadership Expert in the Middle East has received a Certificate of Registration from the United States Copyright Office for copyrighting his breakthrough, innovative work a new assessment tool called the “Ten Step Pattern of Creating Leaders” on May 29, 2018.
According to Dr. Almadani, the creation and development of the exciting new tool took seven years to complete. Today, the “Ten Step Pattern of Creating Leaders” is available to assess leaders in management and prepare them through ten different levels in which the applicant must go through and cannot pass to the next level without fulfilling the requirement of the previous level.
