The Alfacon Solutions’ LPD Low Profile Dock features electro hydraulic operation for both indoor and outdoor service. It is suitable for ground level installation (no pit required) and can be configured as a permanent or portable installation.
The LPD Low Profile Dock is lubricated for life with Teflon bushings and no additional lubrication is needed. The lift includes ground and chromed steel pins and axles with scissor legs made from graded hot rolled steel. The LPD Low Profile Dock stops at any level which allows loads to be positioned at any height during up or down travel.
In the event of electrical failure, the lift will not lower. A velocity fuse in the hydraulic line will prevent the lift from lowering in the event of hydraulic hose failure. The power pack is equipped with filters, pressure relief, pressure compensated flow control and lowering solenoid valves in aluminum manifold.
