Levy Dermatology Continues Growth With 2 New Providers and Satellite Office

Dermatology and Mohs Micrographic Surgery Center, Levy Dermatology, announced the addition of two highly qualified providers this week, John D. Huber, M.D. and Jodi Burgess, P.A. Dr. Huber and Ms. Burgess will join Alan Levy, M.D., Danielle Levine, M.D., and Lauren Plyler, N.P. to augment and expand the Memphis-based full service skin care clinic. Dr. Huber and Ms. Burgess will also be the core providers at a second office in Collierville, TN opening in the summer of 2017. This satellite office will increase accessibility to and help meet demand for comprehensive dermatology care for those patients in West Tennessee and North Mississippi.

Dr. Huber is from Birmingham, AL and has over 15 years of experience in dermatology. He is a Board-Certified Dermatologist and fellowship trained Mohs Micrographic surgeon, with extensive experience in the removal of skin cancer and in general dermatology. Dr. Huber is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology as well as the American College of Mohs Surgery. He is an associate of the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, the Skin Cancer Foundation, and the Memphis Dermatology Society.

Ms. Burgess completed her Master of Science in Physician Assistant studies in 2014. She is licensed by the state of Tennessee as a Physician Assistant and is certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants. She has over 7 years of experience in the healthcare industry.

Levy Dermatology was founded in 2009 and has established itself as a leader in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the skin, hair, and nails.

The main office is located at 6254 Poplar Avenue in East Memphis and the new satellite clinic is located in the Schilling Farms Business Center located at 1125 Schilling Boulevard in Collierville, TN.
