Cache Merrill has accepted the role of CTO at Larecoin and will be spearheading R&D/ Engineering objectives for the company. Cache Merrill is the founder and CTO of Zibtek, a Salt Lake City-based company that provides businesses with teams of U.S. managed international developers. He recently went through the Techstars program and was formerly the CTO of Zinch.com, a website that helps students and colleges connect, sold to Chegg.com 2013 IPO for $50m.
Mr. Cache Merrill also serves as the Head of Development of QuotaDeck.com Inc. Mr. Merrill has managed huge web development projects for companies like Sprint and Delta. He has tremendous experience building teams, creating compelling user experiences, scaling operations, and leading software development. Prior to Zinch, he was a Development Manager at ACS Technologies and a Lead Developer at Investools and a Software Engineer at Insite Events.
Mitchell Sahn was hired as a financial analyst and technical writer to work with Larecoin’s executive team with an objective to organize and prepare a formal technical whitepaper, business plan and financial model for various VC’s, family offices and accredited investors; an exclusive private offering to select investors. Mr. Sahn has held significant responsibilities in both the public and private sectors as well as acted as an advisor to organizations at all stages of development and financial health. He has been tapped to quickly analyze, plan, operationalize, communicate and often lead complex initiatives as both a firefighter and go to person for Citibank Private Bank, Lehman Brothers, Nassau County, NY, Post Katrina organizations and the US Conference of Mayors.
After managing hedge and private equity firms for 23 years, from the mid-2000’s he focused on working with entrepreneurs, early and restructuring/repositioning stage companies in crafting business, strategic, market penetration and turnaround plans, presentations and financing strategies. His clients gained a significant advantage over others seeking funding in the quality of their materials and preparation from a unique and highly interactive process using screen share and storyboard development. When combined with 23 years of hands-on investment decision making covering almost every sector, operating and financial models he brings an investors perspective to his clients unlike others in the field.
Over the past 6 years, he has worked in the Cannabis, BlockChain/Crypto sector advising and creating applications, PPM’s, operational plans and financial models (valuations) for the entire industry supply chain. This included producers to transporters, product developers, and retailers. He holds Master Project Manager Certification, and a Master’s degree in Politics/Public Policy from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor & taught in the Law School and College of LSA.

Highly accomplished, results-driven senior accounting and financial management executive with more than 20 years of progressive experience in finance and operations management within start-ups and global multibillion dollar organizations, SEC registered public companies, Not for Profit organizations, and Big Four CPA firms. Demonstrated ability to streamline business operations that drive growth and increase efficiency and bottom-line profit. Possesses a thorough knowledge of SOX, US GAAP and IFRS accounting requirements. Dedicated to professionalism of the highest standards.
Simba Ndemera is currently the Chief Financial Officer for the Serria Club Foundation out of Oakland, CA and directs all aspects of financial operations of the Foundation including, but not limited to, accounting, budgeting, financial reporting and accounting-related information systems of the organization. Sierra Club Foundation manages $158 million investment portfolio in coordination with consultants, managers and the Investment Committee. Simba is also an active CFO for One Bread Foundation, Inc. with revenues of $250K and Regroup Foundation out of Boulder, CO with $2M in revenues, providing leadership for all three organizations finance and accounting functions.
Simba has a proven record of selecting and introducing new processes and technology changes seamlessly throughout organizations. He also has a strong international background, having previously worked and lived in Africa, Europe and Australia/Asia.
