The title of this remarkable and healthy cookbook is ‘K.I.S.S. Keep It Savory Sweet’ and it has been written after years of research.
In addition, K.I.S.S. is basically an Organic Recipe Cookbook for the prevention of Autoimmune diseases and it is written for all those who have issues such as Celiac, Food Sensitivities, Gluten related issues or concerns regarding dairy, corn, lactose, wheat, grain and soy. Moreover, the recipes in this cookbook are antibiotic-free and Non-GMO.
While doing research for this book and its recipes, the author looked deeply into her family history as a lot of family members had autoimmune diseases.
