Inviting Applicants for \’Training Providers\’ and Assessment Providers for Paramedical Sector

Recognition of Prior Learning led Skill Up-Gradation for the Paramedical Sector workers

Based on the extensive discussions held by the Working Group of Bio-Chemic Education Grant Commission, Govt. of India and University of Bio-Chemic Health Sciences, the recommended model of the skills up-gradation for the workers in the Paramedical Sector is based on a competency led Recognition of Prior Skills (RPL) certification framework.

The initiative envisages an assessment lead measurement and certification process for validating current skills and gap training (in trade and supporting competencies) for fulfilling needs. This training will be aligned to the Paramedical and Allied Healthcare Framework and incorporates the trade and supporting competencies.

Global Village Health Mission initiative (GVHM) invites applications from eligible training institutes and agencies to register as VTP (Vocational Training Provider) in the University of Bio-Chemic Health Sciences, controlled by Bio-Chemic Education Grant Commission, Govt. of India.

In the first phase VTP will be registered in following sectors: Paramedical, Allied Healthcare, Nursing, Hospital Management, Health and Safety.

The eligible training Institutions or agencies with appropriate infrastructure/ trainers in the above mentioned sectors can apply for registration as VTP with University of Bio-Chemic Health Sciences, controlled by Bio-chemic Education Grant Commission, Govt. of India. All applicants must ensure that they fulfill requirements of UBHS and BEGC, Govt. of India guidelines (available on ubhs.in/ begc.in).

All applicants are requested to mail the details of applicantions along with the sectors and course code, centre contacts and required documents to contact@ubhs.in and send a hard copy set to the above address of University of Bio-Chemic Health Sciences.
