Scottsdale, AZ – iMLS announced today that it has acquired the assets to leading real estate app and SaaS software firm RealEstateTools.com
iMLS co-founders Jason Hartman and Fernando Aires plan to improve existing products and add more offerings.
“We will grow RealEstateTools.com by bringing it to our large network of followers,” Hartman said. “We will upgrade all products so that data is standardized so real estate investors can make more rational decisions.”
Hartman is also the founder of the Platinum Properties Investor Network – a real estate investment and advisory firm and The Hartman Media Company a media network consisting of nearly 20 different podcasts with reaches in over 170 countries.
Aires is a real estate entrepreneur & investor who achieved his own financial independence through real estate income investing after retiring from Apple as a computer chip designer.
Hartman and Aires aim to provide easier self-management to empower investors to self-manage their properties. They also will provide tools and resources so investors can work more effectively to manage their property managers.
“There are approximately 14 million single-family homes owned by small, mom-and-pop investors in the United States,” Aires said. “We plan to grow into that market and help empower those investors.”
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
RealEstateTools.com provides real estate investment data applications for the Apple Macintosh, iPhone and iPad.
Its Property Tracker and Property Evaluator web-based tools and apps help owners better manage their real estate investments. Users can quickly analyze their own or potential investment properties from the convenience of their mobile devices. They can also email professionally branded PDF performance projections to clients, lenders, and investment partners.
