Hytrol, based in Jonesboro, AR, is seeking a Director of Manufacturing Operations. This position provides direction and support to the business operation of the manufacturing area. Hytrol continues to grow, with 2016 on target to be the best year in the company history. The growth a distribution centers, manufacturing plants, and same-day ecommerce consumer demand is the fuel of the company growth.
The new team member will be responsible for responsible for the overall direction and success of the manufacturing area, develop and implement strategies to meet customer demand in terms of on time shipment, work with manufacturing team to ensure lean principles are applied to all areas, provide direction and support to Focus Factory Managers and Focus Factory Facilitators, communicate with other departments within Hytrol to meet customer demand, communicate with integration partners and end users to meet customer demand, and make presentations to management team concerning status of manufacturing area.
