The founder of African-American And African Foundation on Science, Education And Economic Development (AAASFEESD), Dr. Richard H. Ross (Sr), wants to create pilot programs to solve the following problems prevalent in the target communities: Social Justice, Human Rights, Legal Systems, Medical Practices, Poverty, International Relations, Foreign Policy, Movement of Refugees and Immigrants, etc.

This present effort of the AAASFEESD is targeted to African Americans since they would better take their destiny and the fate of the future generation of African-Americans in their own hands. The contribution from donors will be used for scholarships and job creation for Black youths and their Black communities. Black American men, women, and youths will be directed to complete a high school diploma and GEDs. Scholarships will also be awarded to young mothers and fathers with children to educate themselves, and their children, to have a secured future of gainful employments.

The African American and African Foundation on Science, Education, and Economic Development, Inc. has a keen interest in raising funds for Black American development in economics and education. Although the U. S. spends significantly more money on education than other countries, there are still some gaps in the education of her Black population.
