FRSData, which provides municipal lien and estoppel letter services on behalf of municipalities to hundreds of lien search and title companies, has announced a significant change—specifically, a new name. The company will now be known as Orange Lien Data. The name is the only thing that’s changing, however, as the newly-christened Orange Lien Data pledges to continue its full breadth of services without interruption.
“We’re proud to write an exciting new chapter in our company’s life, all while preserving the same core values that have won the trust of so many loyal clients,” comments Stewart Holley, Senior Vice President of Business Development. “Orange Lien Data will quickly become a trusted name in Florida and beyond.”
The company is, essentially, a liaison, working with municipal bodies and utilities to help them manage their burgeoning workloads. Orange Lien Data helps reduce cost and expedite workflows by providing code, permit, and utility data to the hundreds of lien search and title companies throughout the state. For municipal bodies that need high volumes of lien search requests, this intermediary service can significantly reduce time, staffing, and other overhead.
“We offer a pretty simple no cost process,” Holley explains. First, Orange Lien Data obtains code enforcement, permit, and/or utility information from the municipality or utility. Then, it directly handles inquiries with lien search and title companies. Orange Lien Data delivers information to the search company quickly, collects fees owed, and forwards them to the municipality or utility.
“We look forward to providing our tried-and-true services under our new company name,” Holley concludes.
