She has also served the community in several strategic and leading roles in public policy, community education and awareness before becoming the driving force of this inspiring non-profit organization. Her initial goal was to help the Bengali women and children alongside families in getting awareness about their rights but with these new initiatives, she is aiming to bring talented Bengali students under the umbrella of Empower Bangladesh.
