The International Association of HealthCare Professionals is pleased to welcome Charif Abdul Rahman Sidani, MD, Radiologist, to their prestigious organization with his upcoming publication in TheLeading Physicians of the World. He is a highly-trained and qualified radiologist with a vast expertise inall facets of his work, including body imaging and neuroradiology. Dr. Sidani has been practicing for over five years and is currently serving as Assistant Professor of Clinical Radiology at The University of Miami Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine in Miami, Florida. Furthermore, he holds hospital privileges at the University of Miami Hospital, Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, UHealth at Boca Raton, UHealth at Plantation, Bascom Eye Institute of Miami, UHealth at Kendall, Sylvester at Deerfield Beach, and UHealth Internal Medicine at Palm Beach Gardens.
Dr. Sidani attended the American University of Beirut in Lebanon and was awarded his medical degree in 2003. He then served as a pediatrics intern and radiology resident within the American University of Beirut Medical Center. Dr. Sidani relocated to the United States where he underwent an abdominal imaging fellowship and a neuroradiology fellowship at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Medical Center. He is board certified in diagnostic radiology and neuroradiology by the American Board of Radiology. Additionally, Dr. Sidani is a certified General Practitioner and Radiologist in his native country, Lebanon.
Dr. Sidani remains at the forefront of his specialty through his memberships with the American College of Radiology, the American Society for Neuroradiology, and the Lebanese Order of Physicians. Over the years, he was honored with the Henry H. Lerner, M.D. Award for Teaching Excellence in 2014 by the University of Miami, Best Junior Attending Physician at the University of Miami in 2012 and 2013, and Resident of the Year at the American University of Beirut in 2007 and 2008. Dr. Sidani credits his success to family support, hard work, and excellent mentors. He dedicates his spare time to playing soccer and his family.
