Dr. Rick Goodman will deliver the keynote address at the 2018 Florida Educational Negotiators Conference—an event that will draw public school personnel and key decision-makers from throughout the State of Florida. The event is scheduled for May 14 through 17 in Orlando; Dr. Rick’s address will kick off the formal conference proceedings, to be followed by a host of additional speakers.
