September 14th, 2017 – Autonomic Games, LLC has launched a crowd funding campaign at Kickstarter for their Build the Wall Game. While making the announcement, the company representative Adam Majewski said they have developed an easy to learn, collaboratively competitive play card game, and to make it available they need finances. While appealing for pledges, Adam added that they are dedicated to seeing the campaign successful in order to bring the production of the game into fruition.
The Kickstarter crowd funding campaign aims at raising $4,000 much of which will go towards production of the game.
How the game works:
The deck of 50 cards has migrant, wall, move, block and green cards. Playing involves drawing a card from the deck and using it to play. A migrant card is placed in front of one of the players with its face up. A wall card is place face up in a common area on the table; the card is supposed to stay in this position and collectively apply to all the players. With four walk cards on the table, a wall is complete and the game ends. The player with the least point in terms of the migrant cards win the game and according to Adam has the bragging rights of being the “bigliest player.”
Each pledge comes with a reward, those who will raise $5 and above will get a black and white PDF copy of the cards and the rules. A pledge of $16 or more will have a reward of a beautiful copy of the game, $28 or more will get a copy of the game and 4 handcrafted bricks, $75 pledges will get ten copies of the game while those who pledge $ 350 and more will receive a one watercolor art piece and four handcrafted bricks as well a free shipping.
