Bourbon Street Ice, the Destination for All Natural Sno-Balls and Desserts, Celebrates First Anniversary

Kennesaw, GA – July 23, 2018 – Bourbon Street Ice, a popular destination for kids and adults to enjoy snoballs, ice pops, ice cream and other amazing desserts, is celebrating one amazing year of making taste buds crave for more. The first anniversary celebration will be held the weekend of July 28 at its Kennesaw location in suburban Atlanta, GA.

Most desserts available in the market today are made with artificial chemicals to enhance its visual appeal, shelf stability and to minimize cost. Those chemicals such as artificial dyes have been linked to behavioral issues in children diagnosed with ADHD. Along with links to ADHD, there are also studies that show a link between artificial dyes and numerous forms of cancer.  Bourbon Street Ice broke away from this practice, and introduced its sno-balls and other desserts that are made completely from all natural and organic ingredients.  Along with it being a healthier option, they taste even better by eliminating the ‘chemical’ after taste. The shop also caters to others with dietary restrictions and offers many vegan-friendly, gluten and sugar-free delicacies.

We thank our patrons and loyal customers for placing their trust in us as we celebrate the first anniversary of Bourbon Street Ice. We reaffirm our commitment to serving all natural desserts and food that all people can enjoy,” said Dee Carter Co-Owner of Bourbon Street Ice.

Bourbon Street Ice, also known as the Home of the Ice Cream & Cheesecake stuffed Snoballs, is a New Orleans themed restaurant. Besides the Snoballs, Ice Pops, Ice Cream that are immensely popular, it also serves Homemade Pecan Pralines, King Cake and even Gumbo. The shop has earned the trust of a loyal clientele with the influence of changing consumer habits for foods that are all natural.

Bourbon Street Ice was created with the vision to serve pure desserts. The founders, a husband and wife duo, have a child with ADHD and allergies to both gluten and artificial dyes.  The daily difficulties of finding healthy dessert options and learning of other families with similar issues led to the idea of setting up a shop where everything on the menu can be consumed without worry.  Then after due research and further work, the vision of Bourbon Street Ice was born.
